Refund policy

 

RETURNS

Return requests may be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition, in original packaging, with all Godfrey Allure tags intact.

Returns are processed upon receipt. Items must be received  in order to qualify for a refund.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Because our pearls are organic and delicate by nature, absorbing oils, fragrance, and environment. Each return undergoes a 48-hour Quality Assurance Inspection.

Pieces showing signs of wear, including scent, residue, scratches, or diminished luster, will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to customer at their expense.

REFUNDS & RESTOCKING

  • Approved Returns: Will be refunded to the original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee to cover professional cleaning and archival re-packaging.
  • Exchanges: Eligible items may be exchanged within 45 days of the delivery date through our support desk

THE ONE YEAR PEARL PROMISE

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Your purchase is protected by a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the custom closures or threading. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care of the pearls.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Godfrey Allure does not collect or control these fees and cannot estimate their amount in advance.

Transit times for international orders may vary due to customs clearance.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the client.

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.

Godfrey Allure is not responsible for items lost, delayed or held in transit during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.


DAMAGES  & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
